  5. Life is expensive whatever you choose these days, my BFF has been bemoaning the cost of living when you are in your own for a long time, but equally I am a SAHM currently, so we do it on one income anyway!

  12. I knew that car insurance was more expensive for singles, but hadn't realised that energy costs would be so much higher! I think I'd invest in a hot water bottle, bedsocks and a onesie (kidding) if I was on my own!
